Returns & Refunds Policy
Because all SnapShop products are custom printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Buyer's remorse
We DO cover you if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
- Your order is lost in transit
In these cases, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
